When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.   

How long does it take to get my order?

Usually, the Delivery of product take 4 to 5 days after shipping.

How do I track my order after it has been shipped or if it is not delivered within the standard time?

You can simply track the shipment status from the courier site of which we will provide the details after we ship the goods.

 What are the delivery charges?

Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1,000/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.

There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash on Delivery option for payment. 

 How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers 

How do I return, exchange the completed order & How long will I have to wait for a refund?

We do accept return or exchange.  

Also accept if the product is damaged in transit, if found legit then you have to ship us in 48 hrs after delivery or else the complaint won’t be accepted. 

Issues like stone missing or wear off issues (moti/stone nikal gaya) will not be accepted.

Size Issue/No longer Product Needed/Did not like the product will not be accepted, as we have all proper photos with length clearly mentioned below them.

So, if different design delivered or anything, customer needs to send tracking of the return parcel to us within 48 hrs 

In case we have to issue a refund, it will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods
